"HAND BALANCING" by Dmitriy POKLAD
Dmitriy began his way to the top of the circus art relatively late, when he was already 10. His parents Nina and Pavel Poklad were his first teachers and trainers. Father was training him physically and mother was responsible for choreography and plastics. They were rehearsing 7-8 hours per day. And finally Dmitriy at the age of 16 first appeared in the ring with the act of hand balancing.

He is standing upside down on one hand like a live sculpture. His silhouette is fusing with a romantic classic melody. The artiste's body and soul smoothly and graciously move from one attitude to another. It looks like a fantastic hand ballet.

His highest professional and artistic skills were awarded with a Golden Prize at the "Premiere Rampe" Festival in Monte-Carlo and the Silver prize at the International Circus Festival in Italy.

The act successfully toured in Japan, Canada, Italy, Holland, etc.
